Soon Public Works will be plowing snow and sanding the streets.  Please remember that vehicles which are left on the streets between the hours of  5:00 am and 5:00 pm during the months of October to April may be towed away and impounded at the owner’s expense.

 

The Village Office, Public Works and the Arena will be closed to observe the Statutory Holiday.

 “On Monday August 17^th, Northern Gateway visited our community.  The business of the day was to meet with the Mayor, members of Council and members of the public who happened to be on hand.  Donny Van Dyke of Northern Gateway presented Mayor Lindstrom with a cheque for $2015.00 toward Community and Park improvements.  As it was a nice warm day,  Mayor Dwayne Lindstrom joined Donny and his Northern Gateway counterpart for a quick swim off our boat launch in our cool, clean water.   We’ll use the donation to place sand on the White Swan beach and to continue our beautification of the linear park along Highway 16.  Thank you Northern Gateway”
